BadaVoodoo project started in late 2005 from the random encounter of two apparently opposite musicians: poly-instrumentist, singer and composer Leonardo Giomini and percussionist and electronic-music composer Carlo del Prato. together they easily found a meeting point and a common objective: a jazzy and ear-friendly approach to funk, reaggae and latin music. one year after the duo produced a five-tracks e.p. that blends new and old technologies for a retro sound, catchy italian lyrics and voodoo-injected grooves with a live, jammy feeling.
